I spent a good bit of yesterday texting E. She sent me this huge message about how she still wants to enjoy some things without feeling guilty, etc etc etc. I don't know how she does it. So in some last ditch effort for normalcy, I had a high calorie day (just under 1500). I ate a chocolate bar. I didn't workout.
I gained a pound.
Fuck normalcy. My little experiment only proved what I already knew. I need to get this weight off by the end of the week. Coffee for breakfast, salad with an apple for lunch, tofu and fruit salad for dinner. At least 40 minutes at the gym, too. If I get hungry, a fiber one bar. When I'm back down to 140, I can return to the under 700 net plan. This is just fucking ridiculous.
