Hunger hurts, but starving works.

I spent a good bit of yesterday texting E.  She sent me this huge message about how she still wants to enjoy some things without feeling guilty, etc etc etc.  I don't know how she does it.  So in some last ditch effort for normalcy, I had a high calorie day (just under 1500).  I ate a chocolate bar.  I didn't workout.

I gained a pound.

Fuck normalcy.  My little experiment only proved what I already knew.  I need to get this weight off by the end of the week.  Coffee for breakfast, salad with an apple for lunch, tofu and fruit salad for dinner.  At least 40 minutes at the gym, too.  If I get hungry, a fiber one bar.  When I'm back down to 140, I can return to the under 700 net plan.  This is just fucking ridiculous.

  1. With you on it! <3
I'm 147 last time I weighed but...>_< must get lower either way. 139, here we come! :D

  2. Ugh, I hate it when that happens!
I am sorry to hear that, but I am sure you will lose it again in no time. :D
I hope you have a fantastic day today; you deserve it!
    Stay positive, stay beautiful! <3

  3. but! that just means that next time you will lose 2lbs!
it will be gone by the end of the week, xo

  4. You can do it, I know you can... I have faith in you because you're so amazing :)

Have a beautiful day, my darling!

  5. Hi! My name is Kate, I was looking around for some new support and found your blog. I hope its OK if I follow you, we're in similar places with large amounts of weight loss done and plenty more to go.
Don't feel bad about the normalcy! You probably boosted your metabolism a ton!

  6. I ate how all my friends do today (read: junk) and I'm sat here feeling so so bloated. My stomach feels so stretched and sore. I wonder how everyone eats 'normally' (I know I can be classed here because, without wanting to sound pious or anything, I eat but I don't really eat junk, I avoid it). I feel like I just want to throw up. :( xx
